Engineer Product Development

Overview

Engineer product development role focused on executing engineering deliverables, supporting designs and validations, and collaborating across engineering teams for HVACR-related products.

What you'll do

• Execute assigned project activities and engineering deliverables within timelines.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking.
• Prepare and maintain engineering documentation and reports.
• Support development and evaluation of engineering concepts and design proposals.
• Assist with product design validation, manufacturability, and performance.
• Analyze test data from prototype builds and support validation and compliance with UL standards.

What you'll need

• M.Tech in Design/Thermal.
• 2–4 years of experience in product design and development, preferably for refrigeration/air conditioning.
• Hands-on experience in product design, engineering calculations, testing, and validation.
• Ability to correlate analytical results with product testing outcomes.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and analyze statistical data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including presentations with MS tools.
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks with appropriate guidance.
