NOC Engineer (Alert & Incident Management)

Overview

Join the Alert & Incident Management team as an NOC Engineer supporting production applications, infrastructure, and operational services. The role focuses on alert resolution, incident coordination, system reliability, and continuous operational improvement.

What you'll do

• Monitor, triage, investigate, and resolve alerts and operational issues.
• Coordinate incident response, escalation, communication, and resolution.
• Troubleshoot production issues using system administration and Linux skills.
• Support applications and infrastructure for availability, reliability, stability, and scalability.
• Identify and execute process and workflow improvements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
• Complete operational handovers, ticket work, team meetings, and vendor coordination.

What you'll need

• 3–7+ years of professional experience in an IT or technology environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as B.E., B.Tech., or B.C.A.
• Strong system administration and Linux administration skills.
• Experience with Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar databases.
• Experience with fault management or monitoring tools.
• Experience supporting web applications in production environments.
• Ability to work weekday and rotational weekend shifts.

• Supports 24/7/365 operations and may require work outside regular schedules.
