NPU AI Processor Synthesis Engineer- Sr Lead

Overview

Hardware Engineering role focused on planning, designing, optimizing, verifying, and testing electronic systems, including Digital/Analog/RF/optical and FPGA/DSP components.

What you'll do

• Plan, optimize, verify, and test electronic systems across circuits, mechanical systems, equipment, packaging, and test systems.
• Integrate hardware features and functionality per proposals or roadmaps.
• Run complex simulations and analyses and implement designs optimized for power, performance, and area.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate new requirements and improve yield, test time, and quality.
• Evaluate and develop manufacturing solutions for leading-edge products through bring-up to meet customer expectations and schedules.
• Assess reliability of materials and techniques and drive innovation, automation, and optimization.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of Hardware Engineering (or related) experience, OR Master's with 2+ years, OR PhD with 1+ year.
• Experience with circuit design such as digital, analog, and RF (preferred).
• Experience using schematic capture and circuit simulation software (preferred).
• Experience with hardware design and measurement instruments such as oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers (preferred).
• 1+ year in a technical leadership role with or without direct reports (preferred).
