Overview

OM/Pricing: Billing & Invoicing SME for SAP S/4HANA Order Management billing within the Lead-to-Cash (L2C) program.

What you'll do

• Lead requirement gathering workshops for Order Management and Billing processes.
• Configure and support SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution (SD) Billing functionality.
• Design and implement billing solutions including billing types, copy controls, pricing procedures, account determination, and output management.
• Support end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes and integrations with SD, Delivery & Shipping, Finance (FI), Revenue Recognition, Tax solutions (Vertex/Avalara).
• Collaborate on interfaces including EDI, APIs, IDocs, and reports.
• Participate in fit-gap, solution design, SIT, UAT, cutover, and hypercare activities.
• Support production issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous process improvements.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of SAP SD experience with strong expertise in Billing and Order-to-Cash processes.
• Hands-on experience implementing SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution solutions.
• Strong configuration experience in Billing, Pricing, Copy Control, Account Determination, and Output Management (BRF+).
• Experience integrating SAP SD with FI, MM, and GTM modules.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Fiori applications and S/4HANA business processes.
