Overview

Oversee oncology hospital sales across South London and Kent as a field-based Oncology Hospital Specialist. Engage healthcare professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance oncology priorities and business results.

What you'll do

• Achieve or exceed sales targets through face-to-face, virtual, and digital customer interactions.
• Develop and maintain product and competitor knowledge within the therapeutic area.
• Prepare and execute a territory business plan aligned with brand strategy.
• Build relationships with key healthcare professionals across the territory.
• Collaborate with VAM, MSL, sales, marketing, PRA, and head-office colleagues.
• Develop healthcare professional capabilities and support the customer base.
• Maintain integrity and compliance in all activities.

What you'll need

• Proven pharmaceutical sales experience and a long-term interest in sales.
• Specialist therapy-area experience.
• Experience identifying and converting business opportunities into growth.
• Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder-management, and account-management skills.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and execute P2P/eP2P meeting programmes.
• Experience developing regional and national thought leaders.
• ABPI qualification and a full UK driving licence.
