OpenShift DevOps Engineer – Terraform, Ansible & GitOps

Overview

DevOps PaaS role focused on administering and supporting large-scale OpenShift clusters and platform environments using Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, Helm, and GitOps.

What you'll do

• Install, configure, automate, manage, and support large-scale OpenShift clusters and PaaS environments.
• Maintain high availability, reliability, scalability, security, and operational performance of OpenShift platforms.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and configuration automation with Ansible.
• Design and manage Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines and GitOps-driven deployment processes.
• Create and maintain Helm charts and Argo CD configurations for deployment automation.
• Troubleshoot OpenShift, networking, storage, deployment, configuration, API, certificate, and application platform issues.
• Support migration of applications to cloud and OpenShift platforms.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, infrastructure administration, cloud engineering, or related technical roles.
• Hands-on experience installing, configuring, automating, upgrading, and managing large-scale OpenShift clusters.
• Strong practical experience with Terraform.
• Strong practical experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipeline development.
• Strong practical experience with Ansible and configuration management automation.
• Experience with GitOps-based configuration management and deployment.
• Experience with REST and SOAP API communication and developing API consumers/publishers.
