Overview
Operational Risk Management Associate supporting the Technology Operational Risk Management (ORM) 2nd Line of Defense function for technology and cyber risks.
What you'll do
- Support Technology and Cyber Risk oversight through risk assessments and monitoring activities such as RCSAs and control monitoring.
- Assist with reviewing risk documentation, collecting evidence, tracking action items, and ensuring adherence to ORM policies and standards.
- Support monitoring and tracking of Risk Events (REV) and Risk of Change (ROC), including documentation, reporting, issue tracking, and follow-ups.
- Help develop and maintain risk reports, dashboards, metrics, and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) for management reporting.
- Ensure completeness, consistency, and accuracy of risk information used for monitoring and decision-making.
- Collaborate with first-line stakeholders on ORM requirements, governance processes, risk reviews, policy adherence, and remediation tracking.
What you'll need
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Master's degree.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to collaborate and lead cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- Prior experience with Workiva or other GRC platform.
- Technical knowledge of risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements including NIST, COBIT, FFIEC, ISO27000, and other IT governance frameworks.
Details
- Full-time role.
- In-office at least three (3) days per week, with flexibility to work from home two (2) days per week.
- Timings: 2:00p-10:30p.
