Operations Associate

Overview

Operations Associate role focused on processing, proofreading, and distributing press release content and media assets while ensuring timely, accurate delivery across circuits.

What you'll do

• Process, proof, and distribute copy to domestic and international circuits via wire, PR Newswire, internet, fax, and email.
• Quality check orders and distributions to maintain service delivery standards.
• Manage accounts for successful completion of orders.
• Proofread and format client press releases for media delivery (no writing from scratch).
• Upload content to the PR Newswire website with correct media assets and relevant coding.
• Prioritize, distribute, and fulfill jobs accurately using support tools and workflow systems.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in content editing, proofreading, and client relationships.
• Outstanding written and verbal English communication and grammar skills.
• Strong organization and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
• Customer-centric mindset with focus on providing service.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
