Operations Engineer

Overview

Support and maintain enterprise security infrastructure and operational delivery, including firewalls, proxy, NAC, and SASE platforms.

What you'll do

• Manage firewalls, VPN, proxy, IDS/IPS, and SASE infrastructure.
• Monitor security environments and respond to alerts and incidents.
• Troubleshoot security issues within SLA commitments.
• Execute firewall, NAT, security policy, and access control changes.
• Support vulnerability management, patching, and remediation.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring security incidents.
• Support audits, major incidents, maintenance, and vendor escalations.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Network Security Operations.
• PCNSE and Prisma Access SASE Professional certification.
• Strong understanding of Prisma SASE.
• Strong understanding of Palo Alto on-premises and cloud firewall modules.
• Strong understanding of Juniper Mist and Forcepoint NAC.
• Knowledge of routing, switching, incident management, and problem management.
• 15 years of full-time education.
