Operations Executive RI - Ahmedabad (Asarwa)

Overview

Operations Executive role at Rentokil Initial Hygiene India, managing client coordination, service operations, administrative functions and reporting, reporting to the Branch Manager.

What you'll do

• Coordinate with clients and maintain strong relationships to ensure service excellence and retention
• Schedule, plan, and allocate services, ensuring efficient team deployment and timely execution
• Validate and generate data, plans, and reports using the iCABS system
• Handle billing, invoice submissions, revisions, and credit note (CN) maintenance
• Follow up on POs, service contracts, legal agreements, and contract renewals
• Oversee office administration, statutory compliance, attendance, and petty cash management
• Manage vehicle maintenance and GPS tracking
• Supervise the service team and ensure smooth operation of the service centre
• Maintain inventory records, including battery stock
