Operations Intern

Overview

Operations Intern supporting managed services activities for fund middle- and back-office operations, including reconciliation, trade support, NAV processes, and reporting.

What you'll do

• Match transaction records against custodian, broker, and bank statements.
• Log reconciliation discrepancies for investigation.
• Record investor flows, corporate actions, and trade bookings in Enfusion.
• Support trade affirmation workflows across CTM, NYFIX, and Traiana.
• Support daily NAV and monthly trial balance reconciliation processes.
• Prepare operational reports and record delivery status.

What you'll need

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and pivot tables.
• Understanding of financial statements, general ledger accounting, and corporate actions.
• Intermediate understanding of fixed income and equity investments.
• Knowledge of NAV calculation and the trade settlement lifecycle.
• Strong attention to detail and clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to follow structured processes and manage daily market cut-off times.

Nice to have

• Progress toward CFA Level I, NISM, or another relevant local market certification.
