Operations Intern

Overview

Operations Intern supporting middle- and back-office fund operations, including reconciliation, trade support, NAV processes, and operational reporting.

What you'll do

• Match transaction records against custodian, broker, and bank statements.
• Log discrepancies for team investigation.
• Record investor inflows, redemptions, corporate actions, and trade bookings in Enfusion.
• Support trade affirmation workflows across CTM, NYFIX, and Traiana.
• Shadow daily NAV production and monthly trial balance reconciliation.
• Prepare operational reports and record delivery status.

What you'll need

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and pivot tables.
• Understanding of financial statements and general ledger accounting.
• Understanding of corporate actions and their effect on fund valuations.
• Intermediate knowledge of fixed income and equity investments.
• Attention to detail, clear communication, process orientation, and time management.
• Ability to work to daily market cut-off times and learn financial software.

Nice to have

• Progress toward CFA Level I, NISM, or another relevant local market certification.
