Oracle EPM Consultant - Senior Manager

Overview

Senior Manager role delivering Oracle EPM projects, with a focus on FCCS implementation and the related EPM modules (ARCS, EDMCS, PCMCS).

What you'll need

• 10 years of experience in managing and delivering Oracle EPM projects
• Extensive technical and functional expertise in implementation of FCCS
• Expert in design, implementation and understanding of Multi-GAAP, Intercompany Eliminations, Allocations and consolidation concepts
• Expert in (but not limited to) FCCS configurations, business rules, reports development, form design, Ownership Management and User Management
• Proficient in designing integrations using CDM (Cloud Data Management)
• Able to work in a high pressure environment with excellent process control driven methods
• Able to analyze current systems and recognize the need for system enhancements or modifications as necessary
• Strong understanding of all Finance business processes supported by out-of-the-box capabilities of EPM Modules – FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS and PCMCS
• Experience in implementation of other EPM products – ARCS, EDMCS and PCMCS
• Must be good at writing SQL scripts and working with SmartView
• Team player with a very good attitude and experience working with global teams
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
• Should collaborate seamlessly with multiple internal and external teams
• Strong verbal and written communication to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels, building rapport and confidence

Nice to have

• Minimum 2 years of support experience on top of implementation experience
• Financial Services and Consulting experience with large accounting firms
• Experience with go-live preparation, cut-over and hyper care support
