Overview
Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM techno-functional analyst to implement, develop, and support global Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM solutions.
What you'll do
- Implement and support end-to-end solution design for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules and related areas.
- Lead Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementations and analyze business processes to recommend best practices.
- Design and configure absence accrual formulas, eligibility profiles, carryover rules, and absence approvals.
- Design and configure compensation plans including salary reviews, bonus and equity programs, worksheets, and approval processes.
- Develop and maintain OTBI, BI reports, and HCM extracts.
- Configure integrations using Oracle OIC/REST API and HDL.
What you'll need
- Minimum 5+ years of techno-functional experience with Oracle cloud HCM implementations.
- Experience writing fast formulas and HCM Data Loader.
- Knowledge of Redwood pages and customizing pages.
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud architecture and underlying tables/views.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science.
Details
- Hybrid work arrangement with weekly time in the office and flexibility to work from home.
- Travel may be required from time to time; not expected to be regular or frequent.
- Works across multiple jurisdictions/geographies, including EMEA, USA, and APAC.
