Order Management Specialist

Overview

Order Management Specialist handling order booking and processing with SAP S4HANA, supporting the Sales and Marketing teams.

What you'll do

• Handle order booking deliverables, including order entry and booking in SAP S4HANA/REIWA.
• Support the Sales and Marketing teams with order processing, order acknowledgement, review of orders and order entry.
• Validate order information, pricing, product details and contractual requirements.
• Create Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO).
• Constantly track and follow up with internal stakeholders to support seamless handover of projects.
• Collaborate with Planning and Project Management to keep track of deliverables.
• Maintain the order booking register with monthly MIS and generate SAP reports.
• Track and manage order exceptions, cancellations and escalations.
• Support the invoicing process.

What you'll need

• Knowledge of the SAP S4HANA system.
• Excellent knowledge of SAP SD processes: order management, contract management, pricing, delivery and billing.
• Knowledge of all SAP T codes related to the SAP SD module.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 2-4 years of work experience in order handling.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Electrical Engineering degree.
