Order Management Specialist

Overview

Order Management Specialist supporting sales for motors and drives, responsible for accurately recording customer purchase orders and resolving cross-functional order issues in a hybrid role based in Bangalore.

What you'll do

• Accurately record customer purchase orders in the order management system.
• Ensure timely cross-functional issue resolution, including order cleaning for manual and electronic orders.
• Use the necessary tools and adhere to Service Level Agreements.
• Deliver customer support for motors and drives by managing inquiries, quotations, model sizing, pricing, and pipeline tracking using MotSize, DriveSize, CQP, OneCare, OMS, BOL, and Salesforce.
• Manage the complete order lifecycle, including quotation preparation, contract support, order entry, acknowledgments, cost modeling, order tracking, and ensuring accurate and on-time deliveries.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Service, and Factory teams to resolve customer issues related to orders, technical queries, pricing, payments, and delivery commitments.
• Drive order fulfilment excellence by expediting orders with suppliers, managing logistics activities, providing delivery updates, and resolving supply chain challenges.
• Handle invoice disputes in CFIN and prepare proposals for replacements, spare parts and services.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution and communication.

What you'll need

• 0-3 years of experience for Sales Support or Order Management specialist.
• Degree in Engineering and proven experience in the same domain.
• Communication in English with high fluency in writing.
• Passion for learning new processes.

Nice to have

• Enhanced knowledge of SAP and SFDC.

• Location: Bangalore, India.
• Work mode: Hybrid.
• Shift: 6 AM to 3 PM, with main stakeholders in Singapore.
• Reports to: Procurement and Customer Service Manager.
