Overview

Order to Cash Operations Analyst within Accenture's Finance Operations vertical, handling end-to-end cash collection from order receipt and credit authorization through collections and revenue assurance.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports, conduct analysis and reconcile transactions to help determine financial outcomes.
• Resolve cash application queries, coordinate with customers, apply unapplied cash and reconcile suspense accounts.
• Process transactions, invoice creation and debit note review.
• Handle collections, accounts receivable, order management and order fulfillment.
• Post journal entries and follow up on revenue-related matters with sales teams.
• Analyze and solve problems of lower complexity, working as an individual contributor within a team with a focused scope of work.
• Interact mainly with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors, with limited client and management interaction.
