Overview

Order to Cash Operations Analyst in Accenture's Finance Operations vertical, helping determine financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, conducting analysis and reconciling transactions across the order-to-cash process.

What you'll do

• Resolve cash application queries and coordinate with customers.
• Apply unapplied cash and reconcile suspense accounts.
• Process billing transactions, including invoice creation and debit note review.
• Handle collections, accounts receivable, order management and order fulfillment.
• Post journal entries and follow up on revenue-related items with sales teams.
• Analyze and solve problems of lower complexity.
• Work as an individual contributor within a team with a focused scope of work, interacting mainly with peers and updating supervisors.
