Overview

Order to Cash Operations Analyst in Accenture's Finance Operations vertical, working on billing processing and cash application, covering the process from customer inquiry and sales order through delivery, invoicing and cash reconciliation.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports, conduct analysis and reconcile transactions to help determine financial outcomes.
• Optimize working capital by providing real-time visibility and end-to-end management of revenue and cash flow, and streamline billing processes.
• Solve queries related to cash applications and coordinate with customers.
• Apply unapplied cash, reconcile suspense accounts in cash application, and process items from payment receipt to finalization.
• Design the process and configure technology to support creating and issuing customer invoices, from invoice creation to issuance and the corresponding receivable.
• Analyze and solve lower-complexity problems as an individual contributor within a team with a focused scope of work.

What you'll need

• Any graduation.
• 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Primary skill: Billing Processing.
• A good understanding of cash applications.
