Order to Cash Operations Analyst

Overview

Order to Cash Operations Analyst in Accenture's Finance Operations vertical, supporting billing processing, cash application and revenue and cash flow management.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports, conduct analysis and reconcile transactions to help determine financial outcomes.
• Optimize working capital by providing real-time visibility and end-to-end management of revenue and cash flow.
• Streamline billing processes spanning customer inquiry, sales order, delivery and invoicing.
• Resolve queries related to cash applications and coordinate with customers.
• Apply unapplied cash, reconcile suspense accounts in cash application, and process payments from receipt to finalization.
• Design the process and configure technology to support creating and issuing customer invoices, from invoice creation through issuance and the corresponding receivable.
• Analyze and solve lower-complexity problems as an individual contributor within a team and a focused scope of work.

What you'll need

• Any graduation.
• 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Primary skill: Billing Processing.
• Good understanding of cash applications.
