Overview

Order to Cash Operations Analyst in Accenture's Finance Operations vertical, handling cash application processing, reconciliation of unapplied cash and suspense accounts, and coordination with customers on cash application queries.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports, conduct analysis and reconcile transactions to help determine financial outcomes.
• Process cash applications from payment receipt to finalization, including applying unapplied cash.
• Reconcile suspense accounts in cash application.
• Solve queries related to cash applications and coordinate with customers.
• Optimize working capital by providing real-time visibility and end-to-end management of revenue and cash flow, and streamline billing processes.
• Implement client account plans through relationship development and opportunity pursuits that build deeper client relationships.
• Monitor existing services to identify opportunities that provide additional and innovative value to the client.
• Analyze and solve lower-complexity problems as an individual contributor within a team.

What you'll need

• BCom.
• 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Good understanding of cash applications.
• Primary skill: Account Management.

• May require working in rotational shifts.
