Overview

Order to Cash Operations Analyst within Accenture's Finance Operations vertical, supporting cash application processing, billing and reconciliation for clients.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports, conduct analysis and reconcile transactions to help determine financial outcomes.
• Optimize working capital by providing real-time visibility and end-to-end management of revenue and cash flow.
• Streamline billing processes across the order-to-cash cycle, from customer inquiry and sales order through delivery and invoicing.
• Solve queries related to cash applications and coordinate with customers.
• Apply unapplied cash, reconcile suspense accounts in cash application, and process payments from receipt to finalization.
• Implement client account plans through relationship development and opportunity pursuits that build deeper client relationships.
• Monitor existing services to identify opportunities that provide additional and innovative value to the client.
• Analyze and solve lower-complexity problems.
• Work as an individual contributor within a team, with a focused scope of work.

What you'll need

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom).
• 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Good understanding of cash applications.
• Primary skill: Account Management.

• Location: Noida.
• May require working in rotational shifts.
• Receives moderate-level instruction on daily tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments; daily interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors.
• May have limited exposure with clients or Accenture management.
