Overview

Order to Cash Operations Associate in Accenture's Finance Operations vertical, handling cash application processing, accounts receivable collection and revenue assurance from order receipt through to cash collection.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports, conduct analysis and reconcile transactions to help determine financial outcomes.
• Optimize working capital by providing real-time visibility and end-to-end management of revenue and cash flow, and streamline billing processes.
• Solve queries related to cash applications and coordinate with customers.
• Apply unapplied cash, reconcile suspense accounts in cash application, and process items from payment receipt to finalization.
• Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• Work as an individual contributor within a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work.

What you'll need

• Any graduation.
• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Order to Cash (OTC) skill.
• Business communications skill.
• Accounts receivable collection skill.
• Negotiation skill.
• Advanced English (International) language ability.
