Overview

Order to Cash Operations Associate in Accenture's Finance Operations vertical, handling the cash application process from payment receipt to finalization, covering the end-to-end cycle from order receipt and credit authorization through collections and revenue assurance.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports, conduct analysis and reconcile transactions to help determine financial outcomes.
• Optimize working capital by providing real-time visibility and end-to-end management of revenue and cash flow, and streamline billing processes.
• Solve queries related to cash applications and coordinate with customers.
• Apply unapplied cash and reconcile suspense accounts in cash application.
• Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.

What you'll need

• Any graduation.
• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Primary skill: Order to Cash (OTC).
• A good understanding of cash applications.

• Role may require working in rotational shifts.
• Individual contributor working as part of a team with a predetermined, focused scope of work.
