Order to Cash Operations Associate aligned with Finance Operations, supporting billing/revenue and cash application processing through data collection, analysis, reconciliation, and transaction handling.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports to determine financial outcomes.
• Analyze and reconcile transactions.
• Optimize working capital with real-time visibility into revenue and cash flow.
• Streamline billing processes from customer inquiry through sales order, delivery, and invoicing.
• Process cash application queries and coordinate with customers.
• Apply unapplied cash, reconcile suspense accounts in cash application, and process payments through finalization.

What you'll need

• Any graduation qualification.
• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to handle disputes.
• Finance processes knowledge.
• Basic statistics and day-to-day business terms to discuss with stakeholders.
