Order to Cash Operations New Associate

Overview

Work in Finance Operations on Order to Cash processes, helping determine financial outcomes through operational data collection, analysis and transaction reconciliation.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports, conduct analysis and reconcile transactions.
• Optimize working capital by providing real-time visibility and end-to-end management of revenue and cash flow.
• Streamline billing processes across the process from customer inquiry and sales order through delivery and invoicing.
• Solve queries related to cash applications and coordinate with customers.
• Apply unapplied cash and reconcile suspense accounts in cash application.
• Process cash application activities from payment receipt to finalization.
• Support the end-to-end process of collecting cash from initial order receipt and credit authorization through collections and revenue assurance activities.
• Solve routine problems largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.

What you'll need

• Any graduation.
• 0 to 1 years of experience.
• Order to Cash (OTC) as the primary skill.
• A good understanding of cash applications.
• Understanding of the process of applying unapplied cash.
• Understanding of reconciliation of suspense accounts in cash application.

• Location: Chennai.
• The role may require working in rotational shifts.
• Individual contributor role within a team, with a predetermined, narrow scope of work.
• Primary interaction is within your own team and with your direct supervisor.
• Tasks are performed with detailed instructions, and decisions are closely supervised.
