Out of Hours Consultant

Overview

Out of Hours Consultant role at ICG Medical in Gurugram, handling calls and bookings for nurses and healthcare professionals across nursing homes, acute and complex care.

What you'll do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients and candidates, assisting with their queries and needs.
• Interact with customers and clients by phone or email, managing all queries, requests and complaints.
• Respond to clients and candidates in a timely manner, ensuring no one is left without a response.
• Book nurses and healthcare professionals into shifts by contacting candidates to confirm availability, across all departments (Nursing Homes, Acute and Complex Care).
• Handle cancellations from clients and candidates, following set processes to replace shifts.
• Keep clients informed of replacements and candidates informed of shift cancellations, documenting everything on the system.
• Be professional, friendly, courteous and helpful to all candidates, maintaining the highest standards of ICG Medical values.
• Source new clients and business using necessary networks and platforms.
• Provide the highest standard of customer care, keeping clients and candidates informed and creating a seamless experience.
• Take accurate information over the telephone and update the system efficiently.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly KPI and hours targets.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
