Overview

Own the design and evolution of packaged or SaaS solutions, overseeing configuration, integrations, and releases, and set platform standards for stability, performance, and alignment with business and vendor constraints.

What you'll do

• Take full ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based solutions.
• Manage configuration settings and oversee system integrations.
• Coordinate release activities to ensure smooth deployment.
• Set and maintain platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance.
• Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance platform reliability and efficiency.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
• Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Axway API Management Platform.
• Proficiency in Axway API Management Platform.
• Strong knowledge of API lifecycle management including design, deployment, and monitoring.
• Experience with integration patterns and middleware technologies to support seamless connectivity.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues ensuring minimal downtime.
• Familiarity with cloud environments and SaaS deployment models.
• Skilled in performance tuning and capacity planning to maintain system responsiveness.
• 15 years full time education.
