Packaged/SaaS App Engineering Lead

Overview

Own the design and evolution of packaged or SaaS solutions, overseeing configuration, integrations, and releases, and set platform standards to ensure stability, performance, and alignment with business and vendor constraints.

What you'll do

• Be an SME, collaborate with and manage the team to deliver, and be responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance solution quality and efficiency.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
• Strong expertise in data modeling, report development, and dashboard creation within business intelligence platforms.
• Experience in managing data integration processes and ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Ability to optimize performance of BI solutions through effective query tuning and resource management.
• Familiarity with cloud-based deployment and configuration of packaged or SaaS applications.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to BI platforms.
• 15 years full time education.
