Packaged/SaaS App Engineering Lead

Overview

Lead the design and continuous improvement of packaged or SaaS solutions. Oversee configuration, integrations, releases, and platform standards for stability, performance, and alignment with business and vendor requirements.

What you'll do

• Own solution design and evolution.
• Oversee configuration, integration, and release processes.
• Set platform standards for stability and performance.
• Manage team decisions and collaborate across multiple teams.
• Develop and implement delivery best practices.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication and project timelines.
• Mentor junior team members.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• Experience with continuous integration and deployment pipelines in cloud environments.
• Understanding of cloud platform architecture and service orchestration.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize deployment processes.
• Familiarity with automation tools and scripting.
• 15 years of full-time education.

Nice to have

• Infrastructure as Code experience.
• Ansible on Microsoft Azure experience.
