Software Engineering Manager

Overview

Lead full-stack engineering work for existing and new applications, providing technical expertise across web development, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain front-end and back-end web applications.
• Lead feature enhancements and bug fixes across applications.
• Review code and provide constructive technical feedback.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers on requirements and features.
• Implement automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production performance and reliability issues.
• Lead cloud-first solutions, process improvements, and architecture contributions.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience with Python.
• 5+ years of experience with JavaScript.
• 3+ years of experience with another major programming language.
• 3+ years of expert-level experience building and maintaining AWS infrastructure.
• Proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Experience with relational databases and RESTful APIs.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related study, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with NoSQL databases, including DynamoDB and Neptune.
• Hands-on experience with AWS EKS and OpenSearch.
• Experience with React, Vue, or Angular.
• Knowledge of GxP processes and documentation.
