Senior Software Engineering Manager

Overview

Senior Software Engineering Manager in the Developer Experience organization, owning platform support and production readiness for AI-powered developer productivity platforms.

What you'll do

• Ensure reliability, scalability, and operational excellence of core developer platforms.
• Own day-to-day platform support and production readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement for AI-powered coding and DevEx platforms.
• Provide platform administration and operational ownership for production support.
• Manage incidents and support availability, reliability, and adoption of developer tooling platforms.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of engineering leadership experience.
• 7+ years in an Agile, product-centric delivery model.
• 7+ years of hands-on technical experience building and supporting enterprise-scale applications and platforms.
• Deep expertise in agentic coding and AI-assisted development concepts.
• Experience with observability and production support tools, including Datadog (monitoring, alerting, incident response).

Nice to have

• Experience with tools such as GitHub Copilot, Anthropic Claude (Code), OpenAI Codex/GPT, Cognition, Factory, MCP, or similar platforms.
