Overview

Lead the design and evolution of packaged or SaaS solutions, with ownership of configuration, integrations, releases, and platform standards.

What you'll do

• Own the design and continuous improvement of packaged or SaaS solutions.
• Manage platform configuration and system integrations.
• Coordinate release activities and deployment processes.
• Establish best practices to improve platform reliability and scalability.
• Align technical teams and business units on goals and expectations.
• Mentor junior team members and support their skill development.
• Make team decisions and provide solutions across multiple teams.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform configuration, customization, and integrations.
• Experience managing release cycles and deployments for packaged or SaaS applications.
• Ability to establish platform standards balancing performance with business and vendor constraints.
• Skill in troubleshooting complex issues affecting system stability and performance.
• 15 years of full-time education.
