Overview

Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer responsible for configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to meet evolving business requirements while maintaining system stability.

What you'll do

• Configure features of packaged or SaaS applications to adapt to business needs.
• Manage application release processes.
• Ensure system stability, compatibility, and performance across environments.
• Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to tailor solutions.
• Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Lead efforts to optimize application configurations for user experience and operational efficiency.
• Mentor junior team members.

What you'll need

• Proficiency in Palantir Foundry.
• At least 12 years of experience (minimum).
• Experience configuring and managing SaaS applications for reliability and scalability.
• Strong knowledge of APIs and integration techniques.
• Familiarity with low-code platforms to customize and extend functionality.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues while maintaining performance.
• A 15 years full-time education requirement.
