Overview

Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer responsible for configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications, managing releases, and ensuring system stability and performance.

What you'll do

• Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to tailor features to business requirements.
• Manage software releases and ensure system stability and reliability.
• Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to implement solutions while preserving compatibility.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve application functionality and efficiency.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless deployment and support of application updates.
• Provide solutions to technical problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.

What you'll need

• Experience with Salesforce Technical Architecture.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• Experience with Salesforce Omnistudio Platform.
• Minimum 8 years of experience is required (Salesforce Technical Architecture is specifically noted).
• Ability to integrate Salesforce applications with external systems using APIs and middleware.
• Familiarity with application lifecycle management, including release management and version control.
