Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer

Overview

Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage software releases, and maintain system stability, aligning solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.

What you'll do

• Act as an SME, collaborating with and managing the team to perform, and take responsibility for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to optimize application configurations and streamline release processes.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support continuous improvement.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• Educational qualification: 15 years full time education.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• Experience with cloud-based application deployment and release management.
• Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques for packaged and SaaS applications.
• Knowledge of low-code platforms to customize and extend application capabilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve system issues effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-team environment to deliver cohesive solutions.
