Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer

Overview

Configure and support BlueYonder Enterprise Supply Planning and other packaged or SaaS applications to align solutions with business requirements while maintaining compatibility, stability and performance.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with and manage the team to perform as a subject matter expert.
• Make team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely resolution of issues.
• Configure and support packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements.
• Manage software releases and ensure overall system stability and performance.
• Use tools, application programming interfaces and low-code platforms to deliver solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Maintain compatibility across different environments and system components.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and adapt applications accordingly.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in BlueYonder Enterprise Supply Planning.
• Proficiency in BlueYonder Enterprise Supply Planning.
• Experience configuring and customizing packaged or software as a service applications to meet business requirements.
• Strong understanding of application programming interfaces and integration techniques.
• Familiarity with low-code platforms and tools to streamline application development and deployment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system stability and performance issues effectively.
• Skill in managing software release cycles and ensuring compatibility across different system components.
• 15 years full time education.
