Overview

Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability, with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) as the must-have skill.

What you'll do

• Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to tailor features to evolving business requirements.
• Manage software releases and ensure overall stability and performance of the system.
• Use standard tools, APIs and low-code platforms to align solutions with business goals while maintaining compatibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal functionality.
• Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system modifications.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
• Perform independently and become a subject matter expert; actively participate and contribute in team discussions.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7.5 years of experience.
• 15 years full time education.
• Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
• Strong understanding of sales and distribution processes within enterprise resource planning systems.
• Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Sales and Distribution modules to meet business needs.
• Ability to work with APIs and integrate SAP SD with other systems and applications.
• Familiarity with release management and system upgrade procedures in SAP environments.
• Competence in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP Sales and Distribution functionalities.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
