Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer

Overview

Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability, using standard tools, APIs and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs.

What you'll do

• Perform independently and become an SME.
• Actively participate in and contribute to team discussions.
• Contribute solutions to work-related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure continuous system availability.
• Document configuration changes and maintain clear records of system modifications.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

What you'll need

• 15 years full time education.
• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• Must have: proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Experience developing and optimizing code for SAP HANA environments.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Strong understanding of application lifecycle management within packaged and software as a service solutions.
• Familiarity with integration techniques using standard tools and application programming interfaces.
• Ability to work with low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.
• Competence in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain system stability.
