Overview

Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications, adapting features and managing releases to meet business requirements. Use APIs and low-code platforms while maintaining application compatibility, stability, and performance.

What you'll do

• Configure packaged or SaaS application features.
• Manage software releases and configuration changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement enhancements.
• Monitor application performance and identify improvements.
• Troubleshoot issues to maintain system stability and performance.
• Document system updates and configuration changes.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and contribute to team discussions.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Proficiency in Agentforce.
• Strong understanding of application configuration and release management.
• Experience working with APIs and low-code platforms.
• Familiarity with software lifecycle management and version control.
• 15 years of full-time education.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce Einstein AI.
• Experience with AI agents and workflow integration.
