Overview

Configure and support packaged or software as a service applications, adapt features to business requirements, manage releases, and maintain application stability, compatibility, and performance.

What you'll do

• Perform independently and become a subject matter expert.

• Configure and support packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements.
• Manage application releases and ensure overall system stability and performance.
• Use standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to customize solutions while maintaining compatibility across platforms.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 year(s) of experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Varicent.
• 15 years full time education.
• Proficiency in Varicent.
• Strong understanding of packaged and software as a service application configuration and support.
• Experience working with application programming interfaces and low-code platforms to customize solutions.
• Ability to manage software releases and ensure system stability and performance.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and problem-solving within packaged application environments.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
