Paid Social Manager

Overview

Paid Social Manager role within Jellyfish's Paid Social team and Global Paid Media capability, reporting to the Paid Social Director, managing paid social campaigns across multiple platforms for global clients.

What you'll do

• Manage paid digital media campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp & Threads), TikTok and Reddit, including daily operations of a portfolio of accounts (pacing, QA, optimizations, reporting & insights, campaign set-up).
• Collaborate with other teams and clients.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the book of business as it relates to paid social strategy, and collaborate with the client Strategy and Media Planning team in leading media plans and roadmap development.
• Establish client relationships and provide insights, optimisations, and testing opportunities.
• Support team leadership in promoting important process implementation.
• Keep ahead of industry trends and share best practices and new opportunities with the team alongside the Paid Social Director.
• Retain and grow client revenue to achieve company and team goals.
• Bring new ideas and solutions to clients.
• Ensure account processes are upheld through rigorous QA and identify areas for improvement.
• Pursue opportunities to integrate social with broader planning efforts.
• Act as an escalation point to resolve team and account issues.
• Support the development and documentation of best practices for campaign management.

What you'll need

• 3-4 years of experience activating and optimizing paid campaigns in either Meta, TikTok or Pinterest ads.
• Proficiency with G-Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs) to streamline workflows.
• Experience in paid social platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, Snap, Pinterest and TikTok.
• Structured working habits, with the ability to cope with competing demands and to autonomously manage tasks and responsibilities.
