Partner Programs & Analytics Manager

Overview

Partner Programs & Analytics Manager responsible for partner program operations, case resolution, analytics-driven improvements, and partner onboarding workflows.

What you'll do

• Resolve Partner Programs cases and coordinate rapid issue resolution.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and reduce support volume by addressing root causes.
• Oversee lifecycle, governance, and distribution of internal enablement materials and partner-facing assets.
• Use AI tools and analytics platforms to track KPIs, analyze case trends, and recommend actions to the Director.
• Run end-to-end New Partner Onboarding workflows and implement regional approval matrices and governance protocols.
• Maintain real-time reporting architectures for Sales and Technical Certifications.
• Oversee PO creation, financial approvals, and fund distribution for Contra, BDF, and MDF using Coupa.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of operations experience in case management, partner operations, tier-2/3 support coordination, or business operations in a global setting.
• Resilience demonstrated by driving initiatives to completion despite obstacles or changing priorities.
• An ability to audit processes, identify workflow inefficiencies, and implement scalable, data-backed solutions.
• Advanced proficiency with Salesforce, Coupa, and Google Workspace.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and enterprise search platforms (Claude, Gemini, Glean).
• Ability to work full United States business hours (CST alignment).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field and exceptional written/verbal English communication.
