Overview

Partner Technical Manager role focused on leading and scaling strategic partnerships with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) in India.

What you'll do

• Own and scale strategic GSI partnerships with accountability for adoption, revenue impact, and long-term growth.
• Set partnership strategy through joint business plans, execution roadmaps, and success metrics.
• Build an operating model with governance, executive alignment, and business review cadence.
• Drive joint go-to-market plans across Sales, Solutions, and Marketing.
• Partner with Solutions, Product, and Engineering to identify repeatable use cases and scalable delivery patterns.
• Coordinate with Security, Legal, and Commercial teams on trust and compliance frameworks for partner-led work.
• Monitor partner performance vs. metrics, remove execution bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement.

What you'll need

• Significant experience leading strategic GSI, alliance, or channel partnerships.
• Deep understanding of how GSIs operate across enterprise customers and delivery organizations.
• Track record scaling partnerships from early strategy through field activation and measured impact.
• Technical and product fluency to collaborate with Solutions, Product, and Engineering without hands-on implementation.
• Experience navigating enterprise security, privacy, governance, and commercial frameworks.
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership and executive presence in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Strong communication skills, including producing decision-ready memos and executive updates.
