Payment Operations Analyst

Overview

Payment Operations Analyst responsible for accurate processing of deposits and withdrawals and for supporting smooth payments activity for clients.

What you'll do

• Process deposits into IG in line with international and local compliance regulations.
• Process and release withdrawals across payment methods including Card, Bank, and PayPal.
• Enforce anti-money laundering controls, including verification of bank statements and payment methods.
• Administer IG’s payment and banking portals to enable effective processing.
• Resolve payment queries by problem-solving complex issues and errors.
• Handle daily reports, posting of bonuses/tax, and audits.
• Communicate cross-departmentally to facilitate query handling.

What you'll need

• Ability to commit to a shift pattern covering AU hours (2:30am to 12:30pm IST).
• Degree-level education.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Logical and analytical approach with attention to detail.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Literacy in MS Office.
