Payroll Service Delivery Analyst (US)-1

Overview

Support accurate, timely, and compliant US payroll delivery while contributing to global payroll initiatives and process improvements from the Hyderabad Global Capability Center.

What you'll do

• Process and validate US payroll data and transactions.
• Perform audit checks, reconciliations, and payroll reporting.
• Process garnishments, child support orders, tax levies, and statutory deductions.
• Support multi-state payroll tax administration and compliance activities.
• Resolve payroll inquiries and discrepancies with cross-functional partners.
• Participate in payroll system testing, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Contribute to process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of payroll experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related subject area.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations.
• Experience processing payroll, analyzing data, and performing reconciliations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Workday, Oracle, ADP, CloudPay, or similar systems.
• Experience supporting audits, compliance reviews, and internal controls.

Nice to have

• Payroll certification such as CPP, FPC, or equivalent.
• US payroll experience in a Shared Services Center or Global Capability Center.
