Payroll Service Delivery Analyst (International)

Overview

Support international payroll delivery for assigned countries from Regeneron's Hyderabad GCC. The role focuses on accurate, compliant payroll operations, vendor coordination, reporting, and process improvement.

What you'll do

• Prepare and process payroll data for assigned international countries.
• Perform payroll audits, reconciliations, and data reviews.
• Maintain payroll calendars, documentation, and operational checklists.
• Coordinate payroll inputs with Global Payroll, Human Resources, and Finance.
• Work with external vendors to submit data and resolve inquiries.
• Support statutory compliance, regulatory updates, reporting, and month-end activities.
• Participate in payroll system updates and process improvement initiatives.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of experience in payroll, HR operations, accounting, shared services, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail when handling payroll and financial data.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Workday, SAP, ADP, or similar payroll or HRIS platforms.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting global or multi-country payroll operations.
• Exposure to Shared Services or Global Capability Center environments.
• Multilingual skills or experience with culturally diverse global teams.
