Associate - Payroll

Overview

Support the end-to-end payroll cycle, including payroll inputs and outputs, integrations, compliance, accounting, benefits, and issue resolution.

What you'll do

• Resolve employee inquiries and escalated payroll issues.
• Manage integration data between Workday and SAP.
• Perform payroll reconciliations and maintain the payroll blueprint.
• Create and analyse payroll reports.
• Monitor banking files and address rejects.
• Process expatriate payroll, lodgments, and year-end submissions.
• Conduct basic testing and quality assurance for change requests.

What you'll need

• 1–4 years of payroll experience in Malaysia.
• Bachelor’s or post-secondary degree.
• Payroll certification or qualification.
• Knowledge of SAP payroll.
• Knowledge of Workday and related integrations.
• Ability to perform payroll reconciliations and compliance activities.

Nice to have

• ACE Associate certification within one year of hire or notification under the new job framework.
