People Lead, Software Engineering

Overview

Lead a team of Analysts responsible for monitoring, research and analysis, configuration, modernization and enhancement of supported applications, and serve as the point of contact for people management and operational and support ownership.

What you'll do

• Plan and direct the work efforts of a team of Analysts
• Serve as the point of contact for people management
• Own operational and support responsibilities for supported applications

What you'll need

• Expertise in databases, Linux/Unix environments, and automation tools
• Experience in production support management, with a proven track record of successfully leading teams
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with production support processes and incident management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into actionable application and operational requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally and fluently with a diverse group including executives, managers and subject matter experts

Nice to have

• Ability to effectively apply business knowledge and leadership qualities to solve problems
