Overview

Accenture is hiring a Performance Engineer to diagnose and resolve complex performance issues beyond the internal testing team’s reach.

What you'll do

• Investigate and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks in complex systems.
• Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Validate performance through performance testing and validation activities.
• Plan for capacity needs and manage application performance.
• Identify root causes of application performance issues using metrics.
• Mentor junior team members on performance engineering principles.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience is required.
• Proficiency in Python is required.
• Strong knowledge of performance testing methodologies and tools.
• Experience with capacity planning and resource optimization techniques.
• Ability to analyze application performance metrics and identify root causes.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and architectural concepts related to performance.
